When love met a new born star
It swirled in circles
Captured by joy
That ruptured out and filled
The furthest reaches of space and time
My heart ventured out
Touched by the light
Opening up to the newness of day
Only to find
Every instant of time
Alive in discoveries of us
Your smiling eyes
Lifted my life
Into a world where hope
Never ends
Where love expressed
Manifesting itself
Is as pure as a
Child at play
Looking into you
I see light shining through
I am warmed
By your embrace
And this new born star
Reaching my heart
Swept me away
By it's love
Immense
